Our Learning Environment

A Diverse Learning Environment

Baby with Wooden Toy

Infants

Our infant activity schedule is very flexible. It is largely based around their biological schedule ie: when they need to eat, sleep or nap, and when they need a diaper change. Activities include opportunities for freedom of movement: time to move on stomach, back or side as well as crawling, standing, walking, and running.

Toddlers

Our toddler schedule is designed to encourage and guide each child, as he/she experiences the milestones that are typical of this developmental stage. We engage and guide our children in activities geared at developing their gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, language, social and emotional skills.

Preschoolers

As we prepare our children for school, our program is focused on helping them refine their gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, language, social and emotional skills. At this stage in their development, children are more independent. We encourage them to explore different activities which are designed to enable and enhance their development.

School-Aged Children

Our School-Age Program hours are from school dismissal to 6:00 pm. Full time child care is available on days when school is out. Our program includes homework help, health education, literacy, numeracy, STEM, physical activities, and arts and crafts.
